The ePayPolicy InsurTech Award application is in the form of a survey. The survey is the same for all applicants, regardless of applicant demographics, and regardless of agency location or size.

How do I apply?

How much does it cost to apply?

$0. Seriously. It doesn't cost your agency a penny to submit an application. Basically, there's no reason you shouldn't apply!

Do I have to be an ePayPolicy customer to apply or win?

Nope! The ePayPolicy InsurTech Award is open to any agency that wishes to apply. It's a party and we're inviting everyone! 

My agency is very small. Will I have a legitimate chance at winning?

Absolutely. ePayPolicy understands that agencies are special snowflakes, and we went to great lengths to ensure that each applicant has an equal and fair chance at taking home the W. 

Is my agency a good candidate for The ePayPolicy InsurTech Award?

Yes! Whether you’re a five-person operation or a large team of 100, we encourage you to take the plunge and fill out an application. 

Are all agencies in the United States eligible?


When will I find out if I won?

ePayPolicy will announce a winner on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, effectively ending the competition. 

How many winners will ePayPolicy choose?

We will choose only one (1) winner.

How will my application be judged?

ePayPolicy will evaluate each applicant's agency using the following criteria:

  • Agency’s 12-month revenue trend
  • Agency’s lead generation and client conversion
  • Agency’s sales and marketing results from tech adoption
  • Agency’s quoting opportunities as a result of tech adoption
